Registration Instructions for Competitive Team
(Tadpoles, Pollywogs, Frogs - only!)
Below are a few quick notes that will help you with the registration process
1. There are different forms for HOA and non-HOA families. Please choose accordingly.
2. If you missed swim evaluations and still need one, please contact us immediately. Your registration will be held as pending until the evaluation is complete.
3. Registration will open to all swimmer families is now open through Mar 30, 2025.

- Sponsorship Form- Completed forms must be scanned & emailed to [email protected] to complete your registration. Your registration will not be accepted until the form has been received. Note: Non-HOA families pay directly within their registration forms for their own swimmers. Sponsors do not submit payment for Non-HOA families this year.
