Congratulations FAST Frog Award Winners!

Our FAST "Frog of the Week" stood out this week for their efforts in practices and the meet. They set a good example for other swimmers by staying focused during practice, listening to their coaches and having positive attitudes.

🌟 Coach of the Week: Rena

We are so lucky to have Coach Rena as part of our program. Her positivity is truly infectious, and she brings an energy that is hard to match every single day on deck.

You may have noticed her at the meet, jumping in without hesitation to help our youngest swimmers get across the pool and feel confident in the water. Coach Rena consistently sets the tone for what it means to lead with enthusiasm, patience, and care.

🧡 Volunteer of the Week: Veronica Ramos

A huge shoutout to Veronica Ramos! She went above and beyond this weekend, mentoring our first-time tent parents to ensure they felt comfortable and prepared. She arrived early to help with setup and made sure everyone had their volunteer badges ready to go. Thank you, Veronica, for your leadership and for making our first meet run so smoothly!
