Practice Pools
FAST Frog swimmers practice in three neighborhood pools according to the practice group they are assigned to. The three HOA pools used by FAST are:
- Forest Creek (3600 Harvey Penick Drive)
- Lake Forest (2734 Lake Forest Drive)
- Forest Creek III (500 Royal Burgess Dr, Round Rock, TX 78664)
We are visitors at these pools, so please be respectful and follow HOA posted rules, return chairs and tables to original placements and do not allow non-FAST Frog siblings or friends to play/swim in kiddie pool areas, as there is no life guard on duty for these children.

Morning Practice
New Morning Practice Schedule (Starts Memorial Day)
Practices are Monday - Friday and we typically will flip pools Friday "Flip Flop Friday" to practice diving.
Important Registration Note: To keep our practice sizes safe and productive, registration is required. Please use the sign-up links listed right next to your swimmer's breakout group below to secure a spot!
A Quick Favor for our Frog Families: If your family has flexibility in the mornings, please consider leaning toward the later practice slots. Leaving the earliest slots available helps out our working parents and those needing to rush swimmers off to day camps. Thank you so much for your teamwork and consideration!

Practice times are now set! Please note that there will be no practice on the last day of school.
Practice is Monday - Thursday until we flip to mornings on Memorial Day
Lake Forest Pool:
- 5:15 PM – 5:45 PM: 6 and under Tadpoles
- 5:45 PM – 6:30 PM: 10 & Under Pollywogs
- 5:45 PM – 6:45 PM: 7-8 Frogs
- 6:30 PM – 7:45 PM: 13+ Frogs
Forest Creek Pool:
- 5:15 PM – 5:45 PM: 7-8 Tadpoles
- 5:45 PM – 6:45 PM: 9-10 Frogs
- 6:45 PM – 8:00 PM: All 11-12 Athletes
