📅 Afternoon Practice Schedule

Afternoon practices run Monday through Thursday from April 27th to May 20th. There will be no practice on the last day of school.

Lake Forest Pool

• 5:15 PM – 5:45 PM: 6 & Under Tadpoles
• 5:45 PM – 6:30 PM: 10 & Under Pollywogs
• 5:45 PM – 6:45 PM: 7-8 Frogs
• 6:30 PM – 7:45 PM: 13+ Frogs

Forest Creek Pool

• 5:15 PM – 5:45 PM: 7-8 Tadpoles
• 5:45 PM – 6:45 PM: 9-10 Frogs
• 6:45 PM – 8:00 PM: All 11-12 Athletes

🤝 Sponsorship Updates

Non-HOA Swimmers: If you have not submitted your sponsor form or haven't received a confirmation email from us, please send it in immediately. If you are struggling to find a sponsor, please reach out so we can assist.

HOA Families: We have several new families looking for sponsors to join the team! If you are an HOA resident and would be willing to sponsor a family, please Contact Us. We would love to connect you and appreciate your support in growing our community.

🛍️ Spirit Store Deadline

The Spirit Store is officially open! To ensure you receive your gear in time for Spirit Night, all orders must be placed by April 27.
