Hello FAST Frog Families,

The new season is almost here, and we can feel the excitement building already! The 2026 FAST Frogs season officially launches with practices beginning Monday, April 27th—and we cannot wait to welcome our swimmers back to the water.

Before we dive in, it’s time for our Returning Swimmer Evaluations, and we’ve got all the details you need:

Returning Swimmer & Sibling Evaluations

📅 February 28 & March 1
⏰ 3:30–5:30 PM
📍 AquaTots – 1208 N Interstate Hwy 35, Round Rock, TX 78681

We will have male and female swimsuit TRY-ON kits available at AquaTots during evaluations. If your swimmer wants to confirm their suit size before ordering, this is the perfect opportunity. Please be sure to arrive 10 min early to try on before your evaluation.

Who Needs an Evaluation?

• Swimmers who ended the 2025 season as Tadpoles or Pollywogs must complete an evaluation.
• Swimmers who finished the 2025 season as Frogs (those who could legally swim all four strokes at a meet) do NOT need an evaluation.
  If you’re unsure of your swimmer’s placement last season, please sign up—our coaches want every athlete placed in the right group.

USA Swimming Times

If your swimmer has official USA Swimming times from the 2025–26 short course season, please complete the form linked on our website to help coaches with group placement.
