Tadpoles & Pollywogs - if you swimmer is interested in learning a new stroke, let us know and register for July Lessons. This could be a fun chance to learn breast stroke or butterfly outside of the competitive season.

July Lessons runs from July 1st - July 25th.  Lessons are aimed at beginning swimmers of all ages. Current FAST Frogs that want keep swimming are welcome to sign up.
