FAST Frogs - 

Spirit Night, tonight, May 10^th, is being cancelled due to the rainy, cold weather.

We will have Spirit Night Friday, May 31^st! Please mark your calendars for Friday, May 31^st from 5:30 – 7:00 pm to join the Fast Frogs in celebrating our season and taking our team photo.

If you still need to pick up swim caps, shirts, and other spirit gear, we will be at Lake Forest pool this Monday, May 13^th  during practices. 

If you still need a team swimsuit or other practice gear, please visit D&J Sports (13359 US Hwy 183 N, Ste. 402).
