FAST Frogs - 

Our first practice is next Monday, May 6th! 

-Tadpoles should have signed up for a practice time slot via emailed sign up genius link. If you have not done so, please check your email (junk & spam folders) for the link. Tadpoles will practice at FCIII pool. 

-Pollywogs & Frogs - We will be at Lake Forest pool, Mon- Thur. Practice times are posted here:

This is the ONLY way we will be communicating about last minute practice cancellations due to weather.  Each year you need to join the new season remind group. It is not the same group as last year.
