FAST Frogs –

It’s the last week of the season and Champs is almost here!

• Did you forget to sign up your swimmer for the meet? Fill out this form: https://www.fastfrogs.net/missed-meet-deadline
• Here are instructions on how to check your volunteer commitment or sign up for the meet. Click here.
• The heat sheets will be out Friday evening. You will need to locate your swimmers events and then mark them on their arm.
  • If you are not sure how to read a heat sheet, click here.
  • For an example of how to mark your child's events on their arm, click here. (Also, check out the booth at spirit name for live demonstrations!)
• Please be at the 10 & Under Champs meet with arm's marked at 6:45 am for check-in. Check in with your swimmer's tent parent on arrival.
• Please be at the 11& Up Champs meet at 4:15 pm for check in. Check in with your swimmer’s tent parent on arrival.
• The 10 & Under Champs meet will start at 8 am and the 11 & Up Champs will start at 5 pm.
• If you have an unexpected change of plans after the meet deadline or day of the meet, please use the contact forms on our website under the "Meets & Events" section to communicate directly with the Meet Director & Coaches.

FAST FROG BOARD POSITIONS: The positions listed below will be voted on at the end of season banquet on July 10^th. The positions are listed with potential candidates that are willing to run for the 2019 season. If you would like to run for any of these positions, please contact [email protected] asap!

• FAST Frogs Banquet – July 10^th @ 5 pm, Veteran’s Memorial Park (Amphitheater)
• 2525 W. New Hope Drive, Cedar Park, TX 78613
  • Please plan on attending our annual celebration. We will be reviewing the updated by-laws, voting on the new board and then celebrating our swimmer’s achievements!
  • Bohemian BBQ, a food truck, will be there and have food available for purchase. See the menu here: bohemianbarbecue.com
  • Kona Ice: We will be giving each swimmer a ticket for a free cup of Kona Ice.
  • There will be a pool party at the Veteran’s Memorial Pool after the ceremony.
    • If your last name starts with A-L, bring a salty snack to share.
    • If you last name starts with M-Z, bring a sweet snack to share.
    • We highly recommend individually packaged snacks to keep the waste and germs to a minimum.

PRACTICE SCHEDULE NOTES:

• All Frogs & Pollywogs will be at Lake Forest pool for the rest of the week.
• We will have practice on July 4^th. All Frogs and Pollywogs will be at Lake Forest at their normal practice times. Lake Forest practice will be at Lake Forest as well. Tadpoles and Lessons will be at FCIII as normal.
• Watermelon Wednesday is on 4^th of July this year! We will have watermelon relay races and a watermelon slice for swimmers after the practice. We need volunteers to cut watermelons and bring the slices to practice on that day for the swimmers. Please sign up here:

Coach Ariana has done an amazing job with the Lessons group this past month. She is a great contributor to many of the Lessons swimmers being promoted to Tadpoles, and she has worked really hard to get them meet ready.
