Fast Frogs Families,

Due to a chemical imbalance, FCIII pool will be unavailable tomorrow. To ensure our swimmers can still get in their practice, we will move all practices to Lake Forest with the adjusted schedule below.

If your child swims with a year-round club and can opt for that practice instead, we encourage you to do so just for tomorrow to help manage numbers. We truly appreciate your flexibility and patience.

📍 All practices tomorrow will be at Lake Forest

✅ 11+ Frogs:

• 6:30 – 7:30 AM
• 7:30 – 8:30 AM

✅ Pollywogs & 10 & Under Frogs:

• Regular practice times

✅ Tadpoles:

• 8:30 – 9:00 AM

✅ Lessons:

• 9:00 AM or 9:30 AM
