| FOREST AREA SWIM TEAM (FAST) Welcome to the 2010 FAST FROGS Swim season. Registration for returning swimmers is March 1-14 New Swimmers is Sunday March 28, from 1-3 pm. at the Lake Forest Clubhouse. Parent meeting is scheduled for Sunday, April 11, 2010 at 5:30 pm at the Fellowship.
