Please review the attached draft of our updated Bylaws prior to the FAST Frogs Banquet on July 2nd. 

There are only two changes:

• Responsibility for evals and dive clinics shifts to the VP of Programs. VP of Communications retains responsibility for registration
• Editorial cleanup, removing "Head Tadpole Coach" from a couple of spots
