Saturday, May 25th – FAST Frogs vs Great Hills/Jester Gators - Swimmers must sign up for the meet by Wednesday, May 28th at 8:30 pm. For general meet information and how to sign up, click here.

• The heat sheets will be out Friday evening. You will need to locate your swimmers events and then mark them on their arm.
• If you are not sure how to read a heat sheet, click here.
• For an example of how to mark your child's events on their arm, click here. (Also, check out the booth at spirit name for live demonstrations!)
• Please be at the meet with arm's marked at 6:45 am for check-in. Check in with your swimmer's tent parent on arrival.
• The meet will start at 8:00 am.
• If you have an unexpected change of plans after the meet deadline or day of the meet, please use the contact forms on our website under the "Meets & Events" section to communicate directly with the Meet Director & Coaches.

Join us in supporting our generous Titanium sponsor, Buffalo Wings & Rings, after the meet for food and fun! The address is 1901 Town Center Dr. Round Rock, TX 78664. Our team tends to show up in two waves - at 12:30pm and 2pm - after their swimmer's events end. This is a great opportunity to relax after the meet with other FAST Frog families!

Coach Zach has jumped right back into this season with enthusiasm. He has been in the pool teaching some of our newest Frogs 1 on 1 and on deck helping others. We appreciate you Coach Zach!

PRACTICE TIMES

• Morning Practice: Sign Up emails went out to all Pollywogs and Tadpoles and our June Lessons Group. If you haven’t seen the email, check your spam folder. Morning practice sign up for the Frog level will come out later this week. Sign ups will be posted on the website as well. Practices will be Monday – Friday starting the week of May 27^th  for Tadpoles, Pollywogs & Frogs. (See note below about Fridays).
• Flip Flop Fridays: The first Flip Flop Friday will be Friday, May 31^st. If you normally practice at Lake Forest, you will go to Forest Creek on Friday. If you normally practice at Forest Creek, you will go to Lake Forest on Friday. If you are a Tadpole, you are welcome to come to Lake Forest on Fridays at your normal practice time slot.
• Memorial Day Practice: We will be having practice on Memorial day for Frogs, Pollywogs and Tadpoles.
• Tadpoles at Forest Creek III. Tadpoles will be using their normal morning practice slots that they just signed up for.
• Frogs & Pollywogs at Lake Forest pool with the following schedule:
• 11& Older Frogs: 7 am – 8:15 am
• 9-10 Frogs: 8:15 am – 9:15 am
• 8 & Under Frogs: 9:00 am – 10:00 am
• 10 & Older Pollywogs: 8:15 am – 9 am
• 9& Under Pollywogs: 9:15 am – 10:15 am

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

• Volunteering is required! We can't run the team without you. If you are signing up for the meet, you need to sign up for a volunteer position as well. During registration, we collected volunteer preferences so we are aware of your interests, but each parent will need to sign up for a volunteer job per meet. It is not automatically assigned based on the registration.

• Interested in joining the FAST Frog Board? There will be some open positions this year that will need to be voted on at the banquet in July. Please email [email protected] for more information. We need you!
