FAST Frogs - 

School's out (for RRISD)! Two swim meets!  Next week, we can get into a normal routine. This week has another crazy schedule so read the notes below.

PRACTICE SCHEDULE NOTES:

• Morning Practice Groups start on 5/30/18 at Forest Creek, Lake Forest and FCIII. Practice groups are listed on our website at: https://www.fastfrogs.net/morning-practice-groups
• FAST Frogs will offer practice on Thursday morning, 5/31/18 with normal practice groups and pools. The meet is in the evening - see below.
• FAST Frogs will also offer practice on Friday morning, 6/1/18, but it is FLIP FLOP FRIDAY.
• What is FLIP FLOP FRIDAY?
  • Tadpoles are invited to attend practice at Lake Forest during their normal practice times.
  • Frogs and Pollywogs that practice at Forest Creek will go to Lake Forest.
  • Frogs at Lake Forest will go to Forest Creek.
  • Your practice times remain the same, only the pool changes.

• Here are instructions on how to check your volunteer commitment or sign up for the meet. Click here.
• As soon as the heat sheets are emailed out, you will need to locate your swimmers events and then mark them on their arm.
  • If you are not sure how to read a heat sheet, click here.
  • For an example of how to mark your child's events on their arm, click here. (Also, check out the booth at spirit name for live demonstrations!)
• Please be at the meet with arm's marked at 5:00 pm for check-in. Check in with your swimmer's tent parent on arrival.
• The meet will start at 6:00 pm.
• If you have an unexpected change of plans after the meet deadline or day of the meet, please use the contact forms on our website under the "Meets & Events" section to communicate directly with the Meet Director & Coaches.

Join us in supporting our generous Titanium sponsor, Buffalo Wings & Rings, after the meet for food and fun! The address is 1901 Town Center Dr. Round Rock, TX 78664. Our team tends to show up in two waves - at 12:30pm and 2pm - after their swimmer's events end. This is a great opportunity to relax after the meet with other FAST Frog families!

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

• Volunteering is required! We can't run the team without you. If you are signing up for the meet, you need to sign up for a volunteer position as well. During registration, we collected volunteer preferences so we are aware of your interests, but each parent will need to sign up for a volunteer job per meet. It is not automatically assigned based on the registration.

• Interested in joining the FAST Frog Board? There will be some open positions this year that will need to be voted on at the banquet in July. Please email [email protected] for more information. We need you!
