FAST Frogs - 

For any volunteer that would like to become a Stroke & Turn judge, there is a required training session scheduled for this Sunday, April 29th at the Lake Forest Clubhouse from 2 pm - 3:30 pm. 

Also, for any current Stroke & Turn judge, you must attend a Stroke & Turn training session every 2 years to remain certified. This is the only session available this year, and the league will be taking attendance at this session.

If you have any interest, please attend. During meets, the stroke & turn judges have the best view!!!
