Coach Liz
loves to swim and has been a WSI-certified swim instructor for more than 20 years. Growing up, she swam and coached for her
neighborhood summer league team, the Lakewood Forest Piranhas (what a coincidence!).  She is proud to be a Texas Aggie!

Coach Tiffany
Coach Tiffany has been a coach for the F.A.S.T Frogs for the past four seasons. She started swimming competitively when she was eight
years old and was able to train under Coach Mark Stohrer for nine years. Tiffany is currently a senior at Baylor University and plans to
graduate in May 2009 with a degree in Journalism-Public Relations.

Coach Josh
Returning for his second season as a F.A.S.T Frogs coach. He is a well-rounded athlete with experience in many sports, but has always
loved swimming. Josh is a sophomore at Abilene Christian University and in the process of earning a degree in Political Science

Coach Leah
I swam for 8 years competitively, was captain of the SPHS swim team my senior year, and still swim regularly at the rec center at school. I am
majoring in kinesiology (with a teacher's certification) at the University of North Texas in order to become a personal trainer and elementary
school PE teacher. This is my third year coaching with Frogs and I was already looking forward to the 2008 season as the 2007 season
came to a close. I am also a veteran swimmer of the Frogs. I will be a junior at UNT next year and like to go out to the lake and spend time
with my family and friends. I also collect stamps and rubber duckies.

Coach Anya started swimming in 2002 for Coach Mark Stohrer in Pflugerville high school. She continued to swim throughout high school
until 2006, she now swims for Southwestern University in Georgetown and will continue to swim for the next four years. This will be her third
year with the F.A.S.T. Frogs.
