2010 Coaching Staff

Coach Liz
loves to swim and has been a WSI-certified swim instructor for more than 20 years. Growing up, she swam and coached for her
neighborhood summer league team, the Lakewood Forest Piranhas (what a coincidence!).  She is proud to be a Texas Aggie!

Coach Josh
Coach Josh is returning for his fourth season as a F.A.S.T. Frogs coach.  He is a well rounded athlete with experience in many sports, but
has always loved swimming.  Josh is a junior at Abilene Christian University where he is in the process of earning his Communications
degree.  Josh is ready to make a run at winning Champs and is bringing that enthusiasm and drive with him as he moves to the Training
Pool this season.

Coach Anya
Coach Anya started swimming in 2002 for Coach Mark while attending Pflugerville High School where she swam all four years.  She also
swam for Southwestern University in Georgetown during her four years there.  Anya will be receiving her degree from Southwestern
University in May 2010.  This will be her sixth year with the F.A.S.T. Frogs.

Coach James
Coach James comes to the F.A.S.T. Frogs from El Campo where he spent time as an Assistant Coach with a team in the Houston Area.
James has been swimming competitively for nine years and has been teaching other to swim for five.  James says the water has always
brought a special joy to his life and is eager to share that joy by teaching others to swim.  When James is not on the pool deck, he can be
found at the Art Institute of Austin where he is working toward his degree in Audio Production.

Coach Taylor
Coach Taylor is new to the F.A.S.T. Frogs, but not new to swimming.   Taylor has extensive swimming experience as he spent five summers
swimming with his local club and swam all four years of high school where he was team captain his senior year.  Taylor is currently a junior
at Southwestern University in Georgetown majoring in Kinesiology and is captain of the Men’s Swim Team.

Coach Hillary
Hillary has been swimming competitively for 12 years.   She was a FAST Frogs swimmer for 4 summers while a student and swimmer for
Stony Point High School.  This will be Hillary's 3rd season coaching FAST.  She is presently in her second year at The University of the
Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas.  She found her true calling coaching the kids at FAST and Nitro which caused her to change her
major to Education, hoping to teach at the elementary level, and eventually become a counselor.  She looks forward to this season and
can't wait to see all the kids improve at meets!
