About our team:
The Forest Area Swim Team (F.A.S.T.) Frogs
F.A.S.T. is a non-profit, recreational summer swim team formed to give our
kids the opportunity to have fun and improve their swimming skills. We rely
on registration fees and sponsors for funding. There is no fund raising
requirement. Our team is designed for swimmers ages 5 to 18 years.
June 1st is the date used to determine the swimmer's age for the season.
Our season lasts approximately 9 weeks starting at the end of April and
ending the last weekend of June. The championship will be on Sunday June
28th. Practices are held at three local neighborhood pools, Forest Creek,
Forest Creek III and Lake Forest, after school until school is out and then in
the mornings once summer begins.
The FAST Frogs will participate in 4 neighborhood meets in the Austin
Aquatic League. The team will host 2 meets at our home pool in
Pflugerville, and traveling to the other neighborhoods for the other two
meets. The League Championship will be on Saturday June 26th, at the
indoor, world-class swim center on the UT campus. See the meet schedule

We are extremely fortunate to have Pflugerville High School, head swim
coach Mark Stohrer giving our swimmers expert instruction.
